I’ve been without a working phone for over a week. The rest of my family switched to a different carrier and I stayed. After that my phone slowly quit working until it completely stopped. I’ve spent 4-5 hours on the phone and the same amount of time on chat with Verizon who STILL hasn’t fixed it. They tell me someone from a different department will call me the next day or assure me it will be fixed within 24 hours. I never even get the call back. I paid the extra $5/month for the tech support service just to try and get SOMEWHERE, talked to them for a few hours and was hung up on eventually with no solution. Under cellular in settings it says “error, update needed to activate cellular data” the service bars in the corner are fluctuating
