want to dl all my verizon photos and videos to an external hard drive on my mac. how do i select all on mac?

I want to fdownload  all photos and videos from verizon cloud to an external drive to avoid being forced to upgrade to the new 2 tb plan.

How can i  select all to transfer to an external disk?
