We bought a refurbished phone for my kiddo. The phone number assigned to it must have been with a different account. Once they received it, they keep getting phone calls from credit card companies and "live" people asking to speak to someone else. We keep blocking the calls and texts, but is there a way to get the phone number "reset" to block all of these people?
