I am a new FIOS subscriber just coming from a cable company to remain nameless.
I like FIOS much better for a variety of reasons including much lower latency..
BUT I am suffering from occasional disconnects while gaming that are very annoying. I didn't have these disconnects on my cable service so I am pretty sure it is not my equipment.
Can anyone point me to who I should call about this? It is the only downside to FIOS that I have found after this switch.
