Just got the gateway box 2 days ago. It keeps blinking white, then stops altogether ( no lights). It does occasionally stay on. So my internet goes on and off. The support through the text box hasn’t given any help. Any suggestions??

I may have a similar problem. I have an ASK-NCQ1338FA running on firmware 222656. I have had it for about 2 weeks. It works fine most of the time. However, it sometimes would go down between midnight and early morning. All the devices are still connected but there is no internet. I would need to unplug it and plug it back in. Then it would work again.
I have talked to customer service and tech support. Noone seems to have the answer. I even tried factory resetting and it didn't help either. Very frustrating. Can someone please help?
