Fios available for neighbors but not my house

Hi,

My neighbors behind my house and across the street have access to Fios. The Verizon techs who installed the wiring were in my backyard hanging wires. However, my house is not listed in the database as being eligible. Can someone from engineering look into why my address is different from the other addresses?
