I tried to bring my paid off and unlocked iphone 12 over to Verizon. They requested multiple documents to verify address and profile information which I did, then they suddenly suspended service and reported my device as lost or stolen. I called them and they removed the blacklist once a month ago, now they've blacklised my device again. What is going on here?
