Cannot access account overseas

I am in the countryside of the United Kingdom for 10-12 months and am not using my Verizon cellular/mobile service because where I am basically has zero service.

However, I would like to access My Account online via the internet, but cannot login due to the SMS Authentication PIN VERIZON is requiring of me after providing my account username and password.. Please provide instructions on how to complete dual authentication using an e-mail address or other method because I cannot get around the required SMS Authentication to manage My Account.

Hi, Im having the exact same problem. Currently in Sydney and completely stuck out of my verizon account because your only 2FA method is SMS. How can I get to my account?
