No connection where I work

I cannot connect to the internet when I'm at my place of employment or even driving in that area. Gilberts, IL 60136.

In addition, there was no data connection at all on my phone, even when I was home, for about 48 hours for no reason. I have an unlimited plan and my bill is paid. I ended up having to reset my phone settings which caused me to lose a lot of information.

I'm seriously considering switching to another carrier. Verizon's service has really gone downhill.

Hello, Ohmaggiemae, I'm sorry to hear you ran into some network troubles recently and this is causing you to consider another provider. You mentioned an issue recently at home. Are you now able to use your phone in your home area? As far as service at work, how long have you been having trouble here? Are text and calls also affected?
