how to set up static on other device verizon CR1000A router

im trying to set up a static ip for one of my computers but i cant see the setting anywhere in the verizon config page

Static IPs per se cannot be configured other than on the device itself.

Static IP means that a device has an IP address without querying a DHCP server.

Unless you are looking for Static DHCP Lease Reservations, which are not static IPs ipso facto.
