About two years ago, Verizon constructed the ***** in Stafford, VA 22556. During this construction, part of the concrete floor in the driveway to our home was cut. Cut into squares to facilitate installation of Verizon Internet lines. The employee at the time assured me that once the work was done, Verizon's restoration team would complete the restoration as well.
However, we regret to inform you that the promised restoration work has not been carried out
, and the driveway to the home is still in disrepair. The area in question is right before the garage door, causing considerable inconvenience and frustration to my family. When we pass this damaged area while parked, our vehicle will rock and become dangerous.
We ask for immediate action to rectify this situation. The long delay in handling this issue has caused considerable distress and inconvenience. I believe it is fair and reasonable to expect that Verizon will deliver on its promise to restore affected areas as it initially promised.
I believe that Verizon takes customer satisfaction seriously and will resolve this issue promptly. To facilitate communication and prompt resolution of this issue, please provide the information necessary to file a formal complaint through the Verizon Customer Complaints website.
I hope that this matter will be resolved as soon as possible and that a satisfactory conclusion can be reached as soon as possible.
Thank you,
