Register a Signal Booster

I am trying to register a cell phone signal booster. I cannot find a link to actually complete the registration. I have found this link:

Cell phone signal booster for home | Verizon Wireless

Then I click on "Register/Manage Signal Booster" which directs me to:

I click on "My Verizon" and it takes me to a support window...where do you actually complete the registration?

I have the same problems as others. I need to register my signal booster

https://www.verizonwireless.com/content/wcms/overlays/register-signal-booster.html where I click on the My Verizon button. It then take me to a general account page of mine that has nothing to do with registering a signal booster anywhere on it.

Some help to fulfill the FCC requirement would be much appreciated.

It is not an extender. It is a mobile cell phone signal booster for use in an RV that needs to be registered according to FCC regulations. Any links on Verizon only take me back to the dashboard, not to a registration page.

The link has two red buttons to choose from. One is My Verizon and the other is Business/VEC. The Business/VEC button works. The My Verizon button does not take you to anything. When you click on it, you are taken to a blank screen with nothing on it. People need help, I NEED HELP registering their cell phone boosters. Surely there is someone at Verizon that can FIX this issue.?????

On 15 Dec 2023, I had a chat conversation with Verizon person “Diana” who agreed with me that their link was not working. She assigned a ticket #to this and said it should be resolved in 24 hours. As of this date, 23 Dec 2023, it still has not been fixed. Verizon needs to get their act together, soon. My .02……

I have given up with trying to get this resolved with Verizon. Link for registering still doesn’t work. I have evidence (ticket #) that Diana gave me. So,, as far as I’m concerned,, I will use my booster as needed.

The links never worked for me. So I called the main customer service number, explained what I was trying to do, and the customer service person took all the information (serial number, location addres, name, etc) and registered it for me. Took about 5 minutes. A bit less convenient than doing it online, but effective. The representative seemed to be familiar with this request and we started the process immediately
