Verizon promised to send information in the mail about how to return my old phone for a $700 rebate. I ordered the phone 21 days ago. Instead, I began receiving daily texts advising me to return my phone. I checked on the Verizon app and was told to return it to a Verizon store. I made an appointment at the Verizon, went to the store, and after a half an hour, was told that the store could not accept the return - I had to wait for the information to arrive by US mail. The store was also unable to print a return label for me to mail it myself.
How do I fix this problem?
