I am a new customer to Verizon, I moved 3 lines over to Verizon a few weeks ago, I sent back 3 phones for trade in and now UPS cant find the package. I dropped it off at a UPS store, however, there is no activity since I have dropped off the phones. Clearly there is something going on with the package. I have the tracking number and I need help to get his resolved. UPS is asking me to file a claim, however I can't file a claim due to the shipper being Verizon and it is a pre paid label.

The UPS store says it was sent out, but no movement at all, so either someone at the UPS store "lost" it or the driver never scanned it in!
