Is there a way to switch the s22 and s23 phones to 4g lte? They are currently on 5g-5g service is not good in our area.
You cannot do that from within the phone's Settings. Verizon does not allow that option in Settings; we used to be able to do that but not anymore. You can switch to LTE within the dialer menu diagnostics if you know which option to select. See this thread for the details:
