NFL Sunday ticket?!?! WHERE IS IT???

I upgraded to 5G internet over a month ago and was told I would receive NFL Sunday Ticket via Youtube.

et the free Sunday TicketVerizon even sent an email confirming this! However, they never sent the code etc. to get the promised free Sunday ticket!

I spent about 2 hours on the phone Sunday (Sept 10, 2023) and the rep (who was very nice) said she saw that NFL ticket WAS offered to me (and I accepted!) but she wasn't sure why I was not receiving it. She promised me she would look into with a different department and call me between 4pm and 6 pm the following day (Monday, sept 11, 2023).
She never called. It is now Wednesday, Sept 13, 2023.

I have a bad feeling I'm getting the run-around.
