I need to cancel my plan (never received a SIM card), but I am unable to sign up for a My Verizon account (again, because I never received my SIM card so I don't actually have access to the phone number associated with my plan). I can't call customer service (I just get an automated message that says the call cannot be completed) and I can't have them call me because I need to be logged in to do so. Is there any other way to contact customer service?
