I opened a new account with five new lines on 4/1/23. For two of the lines, devices were purchased on verizon.com as part of a "free" device promotion with the understanding that I would be charged monthly for the devices while also receiving credits for those payments. I have read that it may take 1-2 billing cycles before I have the credits began to apply. It has now been five billing cycles and I am still not seeing any credits.
I also opened a support request online on 9/5, which has gone nowhere.
