I’m switching carriers after being a Verizon customer for over 20 years because they no longer provide acceptable network or customer service, the very two things that they used to pride themselves on. The Verizon network has become disastrously unreliable and their customer service is now non-existent. I could spend time describing my experiences, but many have already done so in detail. I wish there was a way to report network problems. I wish there was a way to have an actual conversation with an actual human about why service is so poor.
