Can anyone help here? I was sent a renewal/confirm military discount in which I filled out. Was at the local store today looking at new phone and to sign up for Fios. customer service employee helping me out said my 40$ discount was no longer listed / dropped for next bill. He could not figure it out since I have been a customer for 18+ years and have the military discount for at least 10. He suggested just filling out a new application but then I would lose my current discount of 40$. Suggested to call. I called customer service and he was not able to help me out. I did ask him to put me in contact with supervisor or someone from leadership team but said it would take a few days. Does anyone know who I can contact?
