I cannot get a live person to assist me. No one answers when I call. I have a total of 6 hours of hold time and still cannot use my 5 mobile phones at my home address.

What model extender do you have? Did it ever work? Does its status display/admin site say it is in service or what? What make/model phones do you have trying to connect? What number are you calling for support, 800-922-0204? Ask the IVR/auto attendant for an 'agent' and then ask for Advanced Technical Support.
We're sorry to read that you're having issues with your extender. When did this issue start? What troubleshooting have you tried to fix the issue? ~Peter
