Is anyone else getting charged the $12 fee for the 12GB shared data plan?

I have been getting charged a $12 fee for the 12GB shared data plan "Due to rising operational costs" since 7/19/2022.

Per the following link, it only mentions the Shared data plan 5GB and 10GB. There is NO mention of the 12GB or greater plans. I have since been able to get a credit for the fee for this year, and now struggling to get a credit for the last 5 months of 2022 .
