iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro Max gets too hot while using or charging

Hi there,

Does anyone have a similar issue while using an iPhone with stream apps, or social apps for longer periods of time (30 minutes, an hour, or more) iPhone feel warm or too hot to touch or hold the iPhone?

While charging with an Apple Charger the side button and back of the iPhone feels warm and times too hot to hold.

The iPhone does not display a temperature warning when this happens.

Recommendation from Verizon level II Tech, do a software if still having problem, please erase and restore. If not resolve , give us a call back
