Network Disruptions

Verizon has been experiencing Network disruptions for several days now and it's causing pictures not to get received or sent through texting and when you try sending a picture to a recipient it never gets delivered and when a recipient sends me a picture I never receive it. Feels like this is becoming a common problem now with texting as it's the second time this year it's happening to me and apparently non of the basic or advanced trouble shooting steps are fixing it

Hello, sb6918, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with messaging. To get a better idea of what's going on, are you having any issue with data or calls as well? Are texts affected no matter where you go? You mentioned you have tried some steps to try to resolve the issue. Can you let us know what you have tried so far?

I did every troubleshooting step possible. There's clearly got to be a Network disruption in Verizon's system with the server that's responsible for sending outgoing pictures and outgoing multimedia messages. The Verizon clients that usually says delivered even when a regular text is sent gets sent but yet doesn't switch to delivered despite it actually being delivered and it's that server that usually changes the status to delivered when it's actually delivered that's having these network issues which probably explains why outgoing pictures never get to any recipient plus even just regular sent text messages aren't syncing onto the other device i have and only showing on the phone so I temporarily deleted the Message+ app on my tablet until this Network server issue finally gets fixed by the Verizon system
