I got a s23 plus but ordered a s23 ultra, so they sent the ultra and I sent the plus and my old trade in to them in same box. They say they got my trade in but never gave me the refund and they said they didn't get the new plus phone that was in the same box. I've called 6 times. This was suppose to be taken care of. Now they shut off my service because I didn't pay the 1200.00 that they told me not to worry about for the returned phone.
