I have noticed over the past 2 years or so the service quality has degraded. The area is Campti, LA (71411) specifically the north end of Highway 486 (aka Coulee Loop). Most times have very limited reception before was 2-3 bars now usually 1-2 bars. The phones are new so that shouldn't be a problem and it is consistently becoming an issue with poor reception. There is apparently some 5 g Service in the Clarence, La area (71414) specifically noticeable on the Natchitoches end of Highway 486.
As stated, this is something ongoing and worsening over the last several years, nothing really has changes to affect signal at my residence but being I have been on Verizon as long as I can remember I think it's time for someone to check their equipment in the area at the tower to see what can be done to improve the reception in this area.
