I've had my service for about a month now with my Fios line still hanging out on my lawn. A week after my installation, the technicians came and buried a second line around my house (which I didn't want) and left the original line untouched. I've called Verizon support 5 times now over the past 4 weeks and each time they said I would get an update within 24-24-48 hours. Each time, I receive no update whatsoever. This has been a miserable experience. What should I do?
