I have an old old GTE Verizon box that needs to be removed from my property. You just replaced one a few months ago or replaced it a few minutes ago and I want the old one removed from my property. Who do I contact? I contacted the city of Texarkana Texas and they told me to contact GTE Verizon to try to resolve it this way First.
