I'm trying to edit my Fios plan using the tool on the Verizon website. It worked fine last week. I was using it to price different plan options. I recently went back into my account to submit changes to my plan, and the tool no longer works. At the top of the page it states there is a pending order, but I didn't place any orders recently. I'm able to select an internet bandwidth, but the tool does not progress past the internet options section.
I would like to use this tool to change my plan, rather than change it on the phone or chat. Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I've seen multiple posts about it here. The functionality of Verizon's website is incredibly frustrating!
