I talked to an agent about my past due balance and they informed that if I paid 100$ that then I could pay the rest on October 13th without having my service interrupted. I wake up this morning and my phone is cut off, this is very infuriating as I can’t get a live person on the phone now because of the interruption. I am a customer of 2+ years and this treatment is pretty terrible. What can I do to talk to a actual person?
