I've had the 5G Home internet since the 1st week of Apr. I only use it as a backup internet connection. It seems to work fine when connected however this box doesn't appear to be updating software/firmware.
When I go to the Admin setting to check for an update it always errors out and asks if I want to try again. The current software showing is "222656"
I see there have been several software updates since I began using this one. System Update 6(3.2.0.14) dated 1/17/23 does not appear as all I see if as above "222656". I see Update 6.5 and 7 are older now but I see no sign that my Gateway has updated.
There is a hyperlink under Operating System & Software for "Verizon Internet Gateway (ASK-NCQ1338/ASK-NCQ1338FA) - Install firmware upgrade......how the link gets me a "server error"
I need to know why my 5G gateway does not appear to be updating? This is Oct and the last update is from 7/12/23.
