I preordered two iPhone 15 Pros on Sept 15th, with an expected delivery day of Sept 22nd. Once that date passed the delivery date was updated to the Sept 29th. Once the 29th came and went, I attempted to chat with Verizon twice with no solution provided. Once Customer Service person told me to cancel my original order and order two new phones, but could not tell me when the new phones would be delivered. I declined that option and asked if I could get an updated delivery date.
It has been three weeks since I ordered with two separate delivery dates and now it is still saying being delivered on Sept 29th and no one can provide any additional help. Spent two hours trying to get help on the Verizon Chat to come away with no updated delivery date or assistance.
