Is there an email address where I can submit a formal complaint, a phone number to corporate offices will also work. I have had unresolved billing issues for months now due to Verizon’s errors. The error increased my invoice amount then I was promised that I would receive credit and have a next month invoice stating the credit and I never received the credit only the increased invoice amount. I attempted to get assistance for the 10th + time and had the absolute worst experience this far by having to be on the phone for over an hour and a half. I have spent over ten hours trying to resolve Verizon’s errors. I don’t want to go through the time and expense again next month. At this point I don’t believe what I have been told. Verizon does not value me as a customer and other customers are treated poorly. I want to be sure that someone is aware in hopes that another customer is not treated the same way.
I have not received any correspondence concerning my issue. Please let me know how to connect with the Verizon agent.
