I had a power outage earlier today and my cell phone would not work. I had no service. I was not connected to any power device, so I have no clue why I could not get service. This has never happened before. What is going on?
We definitely understand the importance of staying connected, DYR1. Could you please tell us a bit more about your phone not working during the power outage? Did it fail to power on at all, or was it on but failing to connect to our network? To clarify, is service restored to your phone now?
