Hi
I got connected with Verizon mobile service in this month of 2023. I got 7 lines added into my account . I had various billing issues that generated for me .
I called Customer care representative and they told me that it will be taken care in 2 weeks time and I will get some waive off. When I called them again today morning , they are just ignoring what was been discussed and agreed on . They are giving me some half negotiation now.
Not sure how to escalate this to Verizon,
