The app does not allow me to watch what I have recorded on my DVR. I am at home and connected to my home network. I have unplugged the router and the set top box and plugged them back in. I have signed out of the app and back in. I have registered my device. I have connected to the set top box (I think). Sometimes I can see what is recorded but when I try to watch something I get error code: 33-PLYB_UI-174 Other time I cannot see what as recorded and simply get a message that says Error Try Again. I am incredibly frustrated that this service stopped working and am thinking about switching back to Cox Cable or looking into You Tube TV.
