I have been trying to buy two new lines but I couldn't make payment from online. I tried two times from chat with two different agent. TTey send me tons of payment links, any of them didn't work. I tried three different credit card, paypal, apple pay. I waited 4 days and tried to place order again with different device. Lastly, I called customer service and they told me that they were not able to solve problem. They wanted me to go to local store which doesn't have same deals. I have been battleing for being customer for verizon but it looks like they don't want to gain new customer. Is there any solution for that?
