I can't get my extender to connect to the segw. Does the antenna cable have to be in a window to get a service connection. I have used this extender before, but has been a few years ago. How do you find the system id on it?

Which exact model extender do you have, as some of the older Samsungs have been/are being retired.
The antenna is for connecting to satellites for location, not for connecting to the segw. Can you log in to the devices' admin page?
