Hey there, definitely want to help out with this. To get us started, can you give a few more details on what you're seeing?

I just added my new Apple Watch to my Verizon account as it's also cellular. It is showing up as a "non registered" device. How is it characterized as non registered and How can I correct this?
I also have a new iWatch9 (bought from Apple).
It's all synced & shows up fine- but is marked unregistered on Verizon account.
Instead of replying priovately to each person- can't you post what is going on that causes this issue?
Just saw a post in another thread which explained it. If you have multiple devices all under one account - most of us with multiple devices running through Verizon would do this because it's cheaper to bundle them - when you login to your account to view the details, bills, or whatever, all the devices you have all show up there. But since it's only one account, only the primary account holder's main device is "registered" and anything else linked to the account is "unregistered". The "unregistered" just means those other devices aren't under a separate login in My Verizon.
Hello bcotleur, being on top of your service is crucial, especially if you are having device registration issues. Verizon wants to aid you in the best way possible.
Where is he Apple Watch not being seen (My Verizon; app, site, both, when you call customer service)? Where was the Apple Watch purchase? Did you activate the device (if yes, how)?

I bought a new apple series 9 watch from Amazon to replace my 6. Verizon is saying they need a ein no. Apple says they should be able to do it with the serial no. Help! I use it for health purposes .
The number needed would be the IMEI. The following link will help you find it.
