My phone is dropping calls regularly for quite awhile. It’s impossible to use it. I do have an extender. Any suggestions

I am having the same issue with my 14, while on WiFi. I have only had it about 2 or 3 months and it worked just fine until the new update that was just released. The worst part about this is I use my phone for work and it’s dropping calls on the patients that I deal with daily.
