I have an iPhone SE & it was working fine. Then it just lost power & I can’t get it to power back up. The screen is black. Any help appreciated.
Hi there, sorry to hear of your trouble. If the phone is not recognizing the charger and a forced reboot https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-228151/ does not bring it back, the next step will be looking at replacement options.
