I recently switched mobile carriers from AT&T to Verizon. My iPhone 11 works, meaning I can make /receive calls and text messages but I can’t hear any sounds. For instance, when I’m receiving a call, the phone would play a melody, but now the phone just vibrates. I also don’t hear anything when I receive a text message. Do Not Disturb is turned off and the volume is definitely on, so I’m thinking this has to do with me switching to Verizon. I think I bought my iPhone at the AT&T store. Any thoughts?
