I have an iphone and I can not send or receive picture messages to non-iphones.
I also can not send or receive group messages when a single non-iphone exists in the group. If the group is 20 iphones, I will receive the messages, but once a single non-iphone is introduced I don't receive any.
This seems to be an issue with ALL MMS messaging from my device. Other numbers on my account do not have this issue.
I spent 4.5 hours with tech support on the phone and got nowhere. She said she would call me back the following week and she filed a ticket with the networking team.
The next week I never got a call back or a response. On 10/20/23, I spoke to a new tech support guy and he said the issue was still pending and nobody has done anything. He said he would call me on 10/25 at noon. He never called. No update was ever given.
I called back 10/25 and spoke to a third person from tech support. She said the network request was never filed and there are no updates on the account. She didn't even seem to have notes from my previous 5 hours of troubleshooting. I spoke with her for almost an hour and she gave me a new network request confirmation number.
Nobody at Verizon seems to care or know how to fix this issue.
