I switched to the Verizon 5g because of the August promotion of an NFL Youtube package or a Chromebook Go and a $200 credit towards any Samsung product. I chose the Chromebook option and I have received it but not the $200 credit. Everytime I call I keep getting the run around. Some agents can find the promotion I'm referring to, but others can't. I know this promotion exists and I read it thoroughly before I switched internet providers.
