When my Fios extender that I purchased recently broke, Verizon told me they would give me a $200 gift card if I lease a new extender. I never received the gift card. When I contacted customer service they told me that the gift card which I never received had expired. They told me they would email a new one which again never happened. Has anyone ever even gotten the gift card?????
