Wireless Coverage?

How can you Report Poor Wireless Coverage for an Area? I have had a Verizon Cell Phone for many Years and where I once has some Coverage now since the LTE Upgrade Happened I now Have Much Less! It is in a Remote area in Barton Township Michigan. Prior to the LTE Upgrade I could send a Text at a few locations on my Vacant Property now I have to be on the Highest Point and raise my Hand above my Head to just send a Text ! Sad part is if you were to Look at the "Verizon Coverage Map" it suggests there is 100% Service there Yet it has never had Good Wireless Service There. I am wondering if there is Any Plans to put a Cell Tower Near 12 MIle Road and Hemlock in Barton Township Michigan? It could surely USE 1! Most of my Property Shows "No Service" on my Cell Phone. If technology is to be Getting Better why is it Verizon has not done More to Better their "Coverage Areas? If there was any kind of Emergency I would be in a situtaion because I could not Contact Anyone for Help!That seems to defeat the purpose of having a Cell Phone.

Being I am off the beat track I do not Meet the Requiredments for getting a Cell Tower there. The closest Town is Miles Away!

Hey Newaygo1991, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your service in an area where you have had service before. You are right that the nearest cell sites are nearly 5 miles away, which would have some challenges alone. The best option would be either inquiring for network real estate to have a cell site installed, or to use a 3rd party signal booster for the area. You can learn more about either option here;

Thanks but neither are viable options as there is No "power for use of a "booster" nor a simple way to get Verizon to add a "Tower" so I am Sorry Out of Luck as to better Wireless Coverage. Sad that yet the Verizon Coverage Map suggests there is great Coverage if you Look at that Map! Inever found that Map to be worth much, sad part is some have wondered why I do use Cell Trail Cameras there and some Brand Cell Trail Cameras say you can "Use" a Providers Coverage Map is mis-Info as the Maps Have always been WRONG As To decent Coverage including "Verizon" Map. So Mis-Information by Providers is okay even Okay with the FCC. Oh Well Had to ask might have to find another Wireless Provider as this has been Ongoing for far too long when the Maps show "Coverage" is not close to being Accurate now Is It?
