We have never used another cell phone service and have been happy until last week. We have been unable to make calls and when we received calls the voices break up constantly. We have a neighborhood site and 64 Verizon users have complained about the same issue. A few said Verizon sent them a booster that helped but I have been unable to talk with a human. I am elderly with health issue, no land line, and have no idea what to do in an emergency. Suggestions? Other services?
