I verified my employment with Verizon and received an email stating that the bill will be updated but it never applied and verizon has bo answers why it cannot be applied. Does anyone else have any answers why I cannot get the employee discount applied? Thank you in advance for any helpful information. Verizon and the benefits program through my work are bo help and have no answers for me.
