I had an iPhone 13 that I paid off. I saw the promo offered for the new iPhone 15. I ordered the upgrade to the iPhone 15, where the promotion credit would be $830.
However, soon after I changed my mind and wanted the iPhone 15 Pro, not the iPhone 15. I returned the iPhone 15. I then called Verizon and over the phone placed an order for an iPhone 15 Pro. I picked up that phone from the store.
Verizon for whatever reason did not allow me to use my iPhone 13 as the phone I was to upgrade, so I had to make many calls to Verizon to help me process the upgrade.
I was emailed a return packaging label, and shipped my iPhone 13.
Now, I am being told I am only getting $148.00 as a promotion credit, even though the upgrade was for the $830.

Please someone review this and correctly apply my promotion credit. This whole experience has been a nightmare as I have called easily 20 times. Please see the notes on my account. I just want the promotion credit that I agreed to when I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro.
