I tried fixing a billing issue and after doing the easy part the chat stopped receiving my messages. I saw another post with a similar issue and I can’t be doing this every time I have a problem which there were many for the first month. I know I’m new. I know I’m clueless sometimes. But I also know my rights as a customer and I just didn’t want to pay for equipment I didn’t want or need that was forced on to me by another service representative.
